Chem Link is an exceptional company out of Schoolcraft, Michigan with a variety of green products. Their sealants & adhesives are non-toxic, very low VOCs, no smell, & recyclable tubes.

Let’s dive into M-1!
This universal adhesive & sealant is our flagship product. Once you try it, you will know exactly why this is.
M-1 is multi-purpose and bonds to a variety of construction materials. This makes it an excellent option for your roofing and building needs. It is non-slump so can be used both vertically and overhead with a 20 minute skin over & 35% joint movement.
One of the huge benefits to Chem Link’s solvent free products is there is NO outgassing. They are also 100% solids which means they will not shrink (getting more linear feet out of each tube) and will not crack.
M-1 comes in 5 colors -
White, Gray, Black, Tan, & Limestone
It is also paintable within 24 hours.
In most applications, you do not need a primer when using M-1. For TPO, you will use a primer.
Another Chem Link product that uses M-1 is our E-Curb Penetration Systems.
These E-Curbs come as a kit with M-1, Pourable 1-part Sealant, & the individual E-Curb pieces. The M-1 is used on the base of the penetration & is used to adhere the E-Curbs to the surface.

M-1 Marine —
For applications above the water line or after curing below the water line and in areas where solvent based materials are not tolerated. It can be used effectively in many difficult conditions, cures rapidly in wet or dry climates, and low temperatures compared to urethane based materials.
M-1 Clean Room —
It has been tested for airborne molecular contamination and is approved for semiconductor clean room use. Fully cured, it releases virtually no molecular air contamination at room temperature. It is specified for biomedical, electronics, and aerospace clean rooms where contamination of the air and working surfaces cannot be tolerated. It is also used in food processing, hospitals, schools, offices, and public buildings.
