Steve Kane brings over 43 years of experience in the roofing and waterproofing industry. He began his career in 1982 with Mile High Roofing Materials in Denver, selling torch-down products and built-up roofing systems. Steve’s expertise expanded through roles at Westile, Brookhart’s Wholesale Roofing, and Grundy Industries, where he helped grow the business. In 2000, after Henry Company acquired Grundy, Steve quickly rose to Western Regional Sales Manager.
In 2007, Steve became Commercial Sales Manager for Fowler & Peth, overseeing distribution across Colorado, Wyoming, and Western Nebraska. After the company was acquired by Beacon Roofing Supply in 2011, Steve decided to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship. In 2012, he founded Steve Kane’s Sales & Consulting LLC, a rep agency serving Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, and Wyoming with a range of commercial product lines, including air barriers, sealants, roof coatings, and more.
Steve’s deep industry knowledge, along with long-term relationships with architects, contractors, and distributors, allows him to help clients find the best solutions for their commercial roofing needs.

Hannah Kane is entering her seventh year with Steve Kane’s Sales & Consulting, bringing over a decade of experience in the sales industry. Her attention to detail, enthusiasm, and deep product knowledge are key drivers of her success and passion for the roofing and construction sectors. Hannah’s dedication to excellence has made her an invaluable member of the team, helping to drive business growth and foster long-term client relationships.
Beyond her role at Steve Kane’s Sales & Consulting, Hannah is deeply involved in industry leadership and advocacy. She serves as the President Elect for the CSI Denver Chapter, where she contributes to advancing industry education and fostering professional development. Hannah is also the Past President of the National Women in Roofing – Denver Chapter (2022-2024), where she led initiatives to support and empower women in the roofing industry.
In addition to her national involvement, Hannah serves as the Vice President of the Young & Emerging Professionals Committee for the Colorado Roofing Association (CRA), where she is dedicated to building the next generation of roofing professionals.
With her expertise, energy, and commitment to industry advancement, Hannah is a driving force at Steve Kane’s Sales & Consulting and an advocate for the roofing community.
